1. Introduction

Welcome to our platform. We provide English language testing and progress tracking services, designed for recreational use. The tests and materials available on our website are not standardized or accredited by international certification bodies. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use this website.

2. Educational and Informational Use Only

Our services and materials are provided solely for personal, educational, and informational purposes. Users may not copy, download, reproduce, or otherwise distribute materials from our website in any format. Unauthorized use of any materials, including but not limited to redistribution or public display, is prohibited. However, users are allowed to share or publish links to our website for personal or educational reference.

3. Account Creation and User Responsibilities

To use certain features of the website, users must create an account with a valid email address and password. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The service includes a 48-hour trial period for €0.60, after which the subscription automatically renews at €24.90 every 4 weeks unless canceled before the trial period ends.

Users can cancel their subscription at any time via their user dashboard, the unsubscription page, or by contacting us at help@testyourenglish.co. Refunds, if applicable, are available up to 30 days after payment and are processed in accordance with our Refund and Payment Policy.

Users are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate.

5. Use of Services

Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use and must not be utilized for any unauthorized purposes. The tests and evaluations are provided solely for recreational purposes and do not confer any formal certification or accreditation. Users are prohibited from modifying, replicating, or using any services or materials for competitive or commercial purposes.

6. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content, including test questions, software, and materials, is protected under international copyright laws. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing any materials without explicit prior consent from the website owner. Any violation of intellectual property rights will be subject to legal action to protect our proprietary content.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The services are provided 'as is' for recreational purposes, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of test results or other services. Users accept full responsibility for any decisions made based on test outcomes.
